Our Curriculum

We follow most aspects of the National Curriculum and our schemes of work have been developed to reflect and provide progression through Key Stage One. Our planning includes differentiation which enables us to cater for all abilities. We endeavour to provide interesting and stimulating activities in these subjects.

Computing & ICT

Through ICT we aim to help the girls gain confidence and familiarise themselves with technologies that they will encounter in their everyday lives.  All year groups benefit from working in the ICT Suite, on networked laptops and LearnPads. The use of laptops and LearnPads ensures that ICT within the Preparatory School can be mobile, flexible and outdoors when required.

We have our own secure Network and wireless access acrosss the school as well as up to date resourses and software.  Through Computing & ICT we encourage the girls to be independent thinkers as well as to use technology safely and responsibly.
